“People don’t change!” many say. I am an international co-active coach who believes that by reframing beliefs, mindsets, habits, ways of looking at relationships and situations, and behaviors CAN BE CHANGED. I empower individuals to access their inner leader, self confidence, strength, power, and compassion in order to move towards deep lasting change, but, willingness to move out of their comfort zone and eagerness to explore and grow are required first steps.

As a Partner for Change, I challenge my clients to get in action and make their intentions real. My clients are being encouraged and supported to find their own answers, discover their authentic self and live a more conscious, meaningful and joyful life.

SPECIALTY & PRACTICE

After advising and mentoring high executives from the European market in their careers for more than 10 years, my specialty today is helping professionals and parents acquire the most important leadership skills: to gain PERSPECTIVE in how they look at their life, create AWARENESS of their inner self, make CHOICES in how to lead and live and take RESPONSIBILITY for their impact on others.

When coaching values are clarified, learning is deepened, new insights are gained and clarity attained, CONFIDENCE is rebuilt and with it, the APPRECIATION of qualities and skills that had been hidden, arises.

Being a leader at work or a parent requires the same leadership skills – these two roles are more in sync than you’ve ever thought. In both cases, the goal is to increase connection, performance and impact. Creating connection instead of correction is vital.

As a Leadership and Executive Coach, I’ve helped hundreds of professionals find their strengths and inner wisdom, often while going through personal or professional changes. Topics like executive presence, self confidence, emotional regulation, stress management, time management, work life balance, managing up, delegating are just a few of the areas my clients want to improve. Together, we reprogram patterns and beliefs, change mindsets, and implement better behaviors so they can unlock their full potential.

As a parenting coach, I help my clients create better and deeper relationships with themselves and their children. Together, the parent learns to shift the focus from the child to themselves, while working on their own beliefs, behaviors and emotional blueprints in order to create connection. While it sounds difficult, parenting sessions are passionate, empathetic, and fun – and connection, curiosity and courage are center focus.

Whether in business, parenting, or personally, I am known for my commitment, trust, transparency and results.

In addition to my private practice, as a contractor of BetterUp, I support my clients, employees of leading international companies, in stepping into sustained behavioral change and transform the quality of the leader’s working and personal life. I have coached executives around the globe of top companies in the Tech, Consulting, Pharma, Healthcare, Consumer, and Financial service industries and have done so in English, Spanish, Portuguese and German.

I collaborate as an Ambassador for Dr. Shefali’s Conscious Parenting Coaching Institute,
where new Coaches are being trained in the conscious parenting coaching model (Conscious Parenting Method Certification) that emphasizes on creating a deeper relationship between the parent and the child. As an Ambassador, we support them in their journey and help them deepening the learning.

GIVING BACK

THE VALUE OF GIVING BACK IS HIGHLY IMPORTANT FOR ME AND WITH IT COMES THE JOY IN SUPPORTING YOUNGER WOMEN IN THEIR LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT.

I volunteer as an International coach for a non-profit organization called The Coaching Fellowship, where we provide executive coaching to young female leaders around the globe for a greater impact in the world. For this non-profit, I have been a Member of the Council, part of the Fellow Admission Committee, and co-lead the interview process of new coaches to the program over five years (through October 2020).

PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND

The first important business experience started in Spain at one of the top leading American Executive Search firms Heidrick & Struggles. At the Barcelona and Madrid offices I worked closely with Firm Partners to place Executives for healthcare, consumer goods, and other competitive markets around Europe. My deep inter-cultural understanding, multinational exposure, and fluency in four languages allowed me to work on both local and international projects.

Building on my international network and knowledge of Executive Search Process, in 2007 I co-founded my own middle management recruiting company together with a Partner.  Clients valued my global exposure, strong customer service high touch orientation, honesty, and commitment to results. Experience and dedication generated strong client retention and referrals.
